Charm and Hammer is a safety distributor providing hard working women and their employers with instant access to quality, appropriate fitting safety gear and accessories for a diverse work force; not just small sizes, all sizes.
Vision

• To reinforce the need for manufacturers to keep designing a variety of sizes of safety gear for a diverse work force.
• To provide information and access to new products designed or sized for women as they enter the marketplace.
• To provide reliable information relating to the safety of working women, craft training, and women owned businesses worldwide.

Charm and Hammer (established 2002) is a 100% women owned business; owned and operated by Terri Piasecki of Apex, North Carolina.   Charm and Hammer is certified as a DBE/WBE by NCDOT.

Charm and Hammer operates www.CharmandHammer.com, an Ebay Store (User ID: Envirosafetygal) and we drop ship safety gear for various safety suppliers nationwide.  In addition, we supply local businesses with general safety supplies.
